The Terraceview neighborhood is situated southeast of the intersection of Vicksburg and Schmidt Lake in northwest Plymouth. The community consists of approximately 100 single-family houses. Independent School District 284, also known as Wayzata Public Schools, serves the community of Terraceview. Within ISD 284, 11,165 students are served by dedicated teachers with an educational program designed for students to excel. One of the closest schools to Terraceview is Providence Academy. Providence serves around 800 students in grades K-12. There are over 100 faculty and staff, 60% of which holds a  master’s degrees and 8% a PhD. Other schools in the area include Kimberly Lane Elementary School, Plymouth Creek Elementary School, Central Middle School, West Lutheran High School, and Fourth Baptist Christian School.
